Follow these steps to get your Store ID and Access Token from TiendaNube.
Go to the TiendaNube Partners portal:
Log in with your TiendaNube account, then go to "My apps" and create a new app.
You can name it anything (e.g., "PropelAgent").
Your Store ID is the number in your TiendaNube admin URL:
You can also find it in your app settings or in the API response when you install your app on your store.
1234567(numeric)Install the app you created on your store. After installation, TiendaNube will give you an Access Token.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxImportant: Copy the token immediately. It's only shown once. If you lose it, you'll need to reinstall the app to get a new one.
Make sure your app requests the read_products permission.
Go back to PropelAgent and paste both values:
Click "Connect store" and we'll sync your products automatically.
If you don't want to create a TiendaNube app yourself, contact us and we'll help you get your credentials. We can generate the Store ID and Access Token for you.
